What Our IT Support Covers

Our managed IT support agreements include remote and on-site technical assistance for desktops, laptops, servers, and network infrastructure. We handle software installation and updates, printer and peripheral setup, user account management, Microsoft 365 administration, VoIP phone system support, and backup monitoring. For cybersecurity clients, our support extends to endpoint detection response, firewall management, security incident investigation, and compliance-related technical inquiries.

Critical issues affecting business operations receive priority attention with a target response time of 15 minutes during business hours. Standard support requests are acknowledged within one hour and resolved according to the service level agreement included in your managed IT contract.
